For sixteen years, I served the Ethiopian people in public leadership—first as a district governor responsible for 130,000 citizens, and later at the Jimma Zone level, serving a population of nearly 4 million people.
Those years taught me the weight of trust (Amanah), the discipline of systems, and the power of servant leadership. My journey of service began in 2005 as the Amir of Muslim Students at Dilla University, expanding to become the Academic Amir for colleges and universities across southwest Ethiopia.
Today, I am an entrepreneur, a student of Islamic knowledge, and the founder of Ummah Beacon. I dedicate my life to helping the Ummah thrive in the digital age—with integrity, barakah, and excellence.
